We have been receiving comments and requests of introducing “The Frying Pan JIU Recipes” from many users.
We would like to respond those requests by introducing several recipes on this website.
Our very first recipes we are going to introduce are produced by Akane Ito, a writer of various cooking books in Japan.
Akane Ito
After She graduated from Musashino Culinary Institute, She worked at famous patisserie, Mont St. Clair in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo. She resigned her work due to pregnancy, and in 2016, she wrote a cookbook “Easy but Authentic, Superb Make-Ahead Meal” (published by Subarusya-corp.) She has also been very active on major cooking magazines. In 2017, she held cooking lessons, “Secret of deliciousness”. Her blog and Instagram are gaining nationwide attentions.
