1.The Frying Pan “JIU” Dinner Recipe
Frying Pan Paella
[INGREDIENTS]
300g Rice
(A)
150g Water
1 tsp. Turmeric
½ tsp. Salt
Pepper to Taste
1 tbsp. Stock Powder
(B)
1 piece of Garlic
½ Onion
⅓ Celery
¼ Bell Pepper
1 King Oyster Mushroom (cut into wedges)
7~8 Clams
5~6 Shrimp
Olive Oil, Parsley, Lemon to Taste
【Paella Recipe】
Finely chop all of (B) vegetables.
Clean sand out of the clams. Peel and devein the shrimps
Heat the olive oil in the frying pan over low heat.
Add all ingredients (B) and the king oyster mushroom, and fry until tender.
Add the rice and continue to fry until all ingredients are coated with olive oil.
Heat (A) up to body temperature, pour it in the frying pan and stir for couple of minutes.
Put the clams and shrimp on top and cover with foil. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Open the lid and place finely chopped parsley and wedge cut lemon on the top.
It is ready to go on the dinner table!
