Keema Curry
[INGREDIENTS]
250g Beef and Pork Mince
1 Aubergine
2 Green Pepper
1 Tomato
100g Dried Soya Beans
1 piece Garlick
6 Snap Pea
(A) Salt to Taste, 1½ tbsp. Curry Powder, 1 tbsp. Honey, 2 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup, 1 tbsp. Thickened Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
[Keema Curry Recipe]
Cut the aubergine, the green pepper and the tomato. Remove strings from the snap pea and cut into half.
Heat finely chopped garlic in the frying pan and fry it with the olive oil until fragrant.
Fry the minced meat and add the salt and pepper to taste.
Add cut vegetables and the olive oil, and fry until gets browned.
Add ingredients (A) and continue to fry.
