Since its founding in 1951, the factory has been acquiring certain skills and knowledge by earnestly manufacturing iron frying pans. Only the environment of this family owned factory could repeat trial and error to produce “JIU”.
“JIU” is designed to look like a plate so that you can serve the dish directly to the dining table after you finish cooking. The food never cools down since there is no need for dishing up on the plate.
