The proprietary sliding handle, which is capable of attaching and removing just by one hand.
We have developed the handle that can be easily attached and removed simply by sliding lightly by using your thumb.
Feelings of solid natural wood from Tendo city, Yamagata and smooth and easy movement of the slide mechanisms are always pleasant to use. (Patent pending)

1.6mm thick mill scale steel plate allows ingredients to be cooked slowly even by low heat and it brings juicy texture of the meat, crunchy texture of the vegetables, and the bread can be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. You will be surprised how tasty your food can be!

The frying pan "JIU" is manufactured by a small town factory in Osaka. Since its founding in 1951, the factory has been acquiring certain skills and knowledge by earnestly manufacturing iron frying pans. Only the environment of this family owned factory could repeat trial and error to produce “JIU”.

フライパンジュウ全体をピッタリ覆う、専用のフタを作りました。SとM、それぞれのフライパンに合うよう、２種類のサイズと２種類の樹種を用意しています。マットな黒塗装と無垢の持ち手を採用して、フライパンとの統一感を持たせています。
